Is there a membership fee for Safe-O-Kid Rewards?

No, there is no membership fee to participate in the Safe-O-Kid Rewards program. All you need to do is click on the rewards program and join the program.

How many Coins do I get for shopping on SAFEOKID?

You will receive 5 Coins for every Rs. 100 spent on SAFEOKID. For instance, if you purchase a product for Rs. 1000, you will earn 50 Coins. Once your order is delivered, the Coins will be credited to your account after the return period (if any) has ended. Once credited, you can redeem them immediately. However, please note that you will not earn any Coins for reward purchases.

What is the validity period for Coins?

Coins are valid for 1 year from the date they are credited to your account.

Is it possible to cancel rewards redeemed with Coins?

No, once you have redeemed rewards using Coins, it is not possible to reverse the transaction.

Is it possible to use Coins as the sole payment method for shopping on SAFEOKID?

No, it is not possible to use Coins for the entire purchase amount. Coins can only be used to get a discount on a certain value of the cart, and the discount percentage is available on our website.

When will Coins be credited to my account after purchase?

Once your order is delivered, the Coins will be credited to your account after the return period (if any) has ended.

What happens to the Coins used for a purchase if I cancel or return the order?

If you cancel the order, the Coins used for the purchase will be credited back to your account immediately.
If you return the product, the Coins used for the purchase will be credited once the product passes QC and the return is approved.

Is there any Minimum Order Value for availing the rewards with Coins?

Yes, you need to purchase a minimum of 1000 rupees worth of cart value to avail the rewards.

Why can't I use all my Coins for an order, even though the discount offer and my balance are higher?

The maximum amount of Coins you can use per order on our website is capped at Rs. 200. Regardless of how many coins you have, you can only apply up to this limit per order.

If I cancel the order, will the Coins that were to be credited to my account also be cancelled?

Yes, the Coins that you were supposed to earn will be revoked for the cancelled order.
